The Religion of Peace and Murder

Punjab’s governor Salman Taseer’s crime was to voice dissent to radical Islam. For that, he had to die.

In a joint statement issued before his funeral at Governor’s House yesterday, some 500 religious Pakistani leaders praised his killer and urged Muslims not to mourn Taseer’s death.>

Religious leaders PRAISED a killer who murdered a man for voicing his opinion. There are lots of moderates in Pakistan. They are fucked.

In addition, clerics were unwilling to to lead Taseer’s funeral given the open threat of violence.

The Jamaat-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Pakistan group of scholars said in a statement: “More than 500 scholars of the Jamaat-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat have advised Muslims not to offer the funeral prayers of Governor Punjab Salman Taseer nor try to lead the prayers.”

“Also, there should be no expression of grief or sympathy on the death of the governor, as those who support blasphemy of the Prophet are themselves indulging in blasphemy,” the statement said.

Taseer’s murderer had Facebook fans:

“We salute you Mumtaz Qadri,” “Thank God he (Taseer) is not alive (any) more” and praise for the attacker as “a soldier of Islam”.

Hey, I’ve got a great idea! Let’s spread Islam EVERYWHERE.

Unless and until people accept and acknowledge that the “War on Terror” is actually the “War on Islam”, we are all screwed. Islam is the product of a thieving, murdering pedophile.
